Maybe I missed these but my big questions are
1) Nirnhoned trait fix? Will the pieces still contribute to the total spell resistance increase or just the part contributed by the armor
2) Molten Whip and Veiled Strike can now be dodged. I assume you meant Lava Whip and Veiled Strike and thus implied that the morphs for both can be dodged as well?
3) No mention of whether detect potions can no longer detect cloak ( I honestly hope this isn't the case and that it was just bad gouge)
4) You obviously forgot to mention the change to Stygian? You did make it light armor or added added a necklace piece right? It makes no sense anymore as it is.
5) Also you left out those improvements for magicka melee players. Clearly a typographical error.
