Anyone notice that all the gear sets can be obtained without ever pvping. In fact, if I remember 12 of the sets are only obtained from the group dungeons.

I'm sorry, but that was a horrible presentation. There was more information released a year ago on the "beyond" portion. And nothing specific was released detail wise on anything IC that we don't already know. It was boring, the crowd response echoed my own.

Like, Matt came up and went "Now to talk about the beyond part" ...and literally said two sentences more or less just saying they couldn't talk about and that was it.

Even the content was lacking, especially when talking about the future stuff past imperial city. Like I said, they said they would talk about what was coming beyond ...then all they really said was that they couldn't talk about anything. 8flips table*

Oh I plan on watching it @P3ZZL3. Thanks. I watch pretty much anything that's released... I'm just kind of still sore over how ESO has changed this past year, and how little of what we were shown at Quake-Con from 1 year ago has actually been released.

I mean we still don't know if the Naga is the cat-fish looking dudes we saw or if they're going to be the Argonian Behemoth that was shown last quake con... a question I asked back in November (HERE) And personally, Murkmire was the location I was looking the most forward to... I was hoping for more info on that at Quake-Con

I am actually glad that they did not go over a lot information in the "beyond" potion. No more talking about stuff that is not going to be in the game soon. It seems they have learn their lesson from last year. No more "this was shown last year" crap 'where is it"from people.

Murkmire or any other new area weren't even mentioned besides Orsinium and Orsinium itself was just glossed over in passing. All they essentially said is "Orsinium is coming out last quarter, can;t tell you guys anything else about it." That was it.

I'm more interested in content as well, which was my biggest issue about it. There wasn't much. Very little new details were given. We'll have to dig most of the new info out ourselves on pts it seems.

Edit: I was looking more forward to the PTS and IC before the presentation than I am now. That's not good.

Great Show, covered pretty much everything I wanted and more, IC looks great and good to know Orsiniium is coming up not far behind that. Another thing that intrigued me was the fact he covered VR Ranks at the end, something about them being focused on after Orsiniium which is fairly close. Could potentially be out by the end of the year!

I just wonder how Armor would be changed when VR Ranks are removed.

@xaraan To a point. But we know what will mostly be on PTS.

The thing with any of these presentations, is that the "host" has only so much time. so they have to decide what they put in there. If they got bogged down on purely the IC update, those that are purely PVE only, who actually probably dont care to much, will be left out.

Likewise it's a big update, so it needs to be covered sufficiently. Not an easy thing to juggle.

As I said, I think it was a fairly good spread to cover the majority of the community

Still, just my 2 cents

Everything that was said was already talked about in the Dev Insight's on youtube. What is the point of having a presentation if your not going to release any detail's.

This was almost as bad as Blizzard's HoTS release.

The spawn point's were new. I wounder if you can just camp their and Snipe.

If you were expecting an announcement on the new Spell Crafting Skill line being added before Christmas, then yes, you would obviously be disappointed

Sorry man. I know fans will make excuses for them. I've done presentations for work many a time, I could have put together something better than that in half a day of work. They should be embarrassed.

What are you on about? They gave a time frame for Orsinium, along with Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood. After I fenced 1,000,000+ gold worth of stuff for the Contraband Violet dye, I kinda lost desire to keep stealing since my only incentive is gold then, and I don't have much if anything I am interest in buying in the way of special set pieces in Guild Traders and such, but this may spark my interest again, depending on what kind of objectives Thieves Guild content sets one out to (try) do.

We already had a time frame for Orsinium, they already said before end of year on it. TG/DB, we also knew was coming after orisinium from the "hint" they gave at E3, but I guess they did confirm the hint. That's not enough IMO to hang their hat on.
