GM, Please Help With Trophy Item.

I got an Ectoplasmic Discharge(drops from ghosts) trophy item from a Wraith in Glenumbra at Westtry. Wraiths are suppose to drop the Wraith Shackle trophy item. PLEASE can a GM pretty please check and see whats going on with the wraiths in Glenumbra at Westtry? I NEED to know for sure if I should stay there and keep trying for a Wraith Shackle or look some place else. Thank you VERY much for your help!

OK, the wraiths in Westtry drop both the Ectoplasmic Discharge & the Wraith Shackle. I'm not sure if this is for all wraiths in the game but I know for sure its that way for the wraiths in Westtry.

This is not the place to ask for help, use the in-game ticket system, use /help to get to talk to a GM, use /bug if you don't need a reply (you won't get one, the ticket system, tells you this).

Really? I have seen many GM's post in here helping others out. I agree, there is other more formal ways of contacting a GM but they do on occasion help people out directly through this forum. Also, I hope that others in here can help as well. Thanks for your advised though. ^^

There are generally no GMs (Games Masters) from ZOS who post here, meaning the staff who help players with in-game character problems such as yours. The ZOS staff you see very occasionally helping people on here are CMs (Community Managers) and almost always they are helping with account-related problems.

As @Blade_07 discovered, the wraiths are currently dropping both the ectoplasm and wraith shackle. This should be clarified and resolved in an upcoming patch.

Thanks for letting us know! For issues like this, the best way to report them is in game using the /bug command. To submit a help request for support to directly assist you, using /help is the most effective way to get direct support!

Thank you very much for clearing this up. I figured getting 2 different trophy items from one mob was odd but I didnt know it was a bug. I guess I should have known that but didnt pay attention.
