✭My sorcerer is Destruction/Resto and for 1 vs 1 encounters in cyro a dual weild (but it requires quite a complicated setup only available v12+ and high alliance rank)
1st bar: Power surge, C. frags, destructive reach or curse, force pulse and either Magelight for crit or lightning flood for AoE. Ultimate as either atronach for hard boss fights or power overload for fast DPS.
2nd bar: Daedric mines (keeps enemies at bay), Healing Springs, Healing ward, Daedric Ward, Harness magicka.
Ultimate as either meteor (great for keeping packs of enemies off you) or Atronach again.
Gear: 5 light, 2 heavy.
Mundus: Thief (nice crit bonus as with this setup - lots of crits=good dps and good self heals)
