Advice on crafted gear cost

Hello,
I'd like your opinion on what I should charge people for crafting gear. I have all motifs and most traits.
What prices do you usually charge for...:
- Rare style equipment (your mats + trait mats vs their mats)
- Normal style equipment (your mats + trait mats vs their mats)
- Upgrading equipment
Do you usually charge guild mates? And what do you sell simple (white) traited equipment for?
Thanks everyone :)

Edit: Also enchantments - how much do you sell them for?

Go around to the Kiosks and find out the replacement costs of the materials your going to use, including Trait and Styles and Tempers if needed. Figure on a 100 stack to make a full set of armor, and 20 stacks to make weapons or shields. Then add in the costs for your travel time to the crafting station, including Fast Travel fees. Then, determine what you want for a profit.

As for White items, I make them for 200 gold on the PC, but console prices are much higher, so shop around and see what others are selling for. Ignore the ones listed for a high price, only the ones that sell. See your guild store history for some ideas.

I won't charge a guild mate for a single item or a research item. If they send me all the mats, I will make the entire set for free. But, tips are always appreciated.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I'm finding a lot of dropped glyphs, but no player-made glyphs.
So for glyphs, I should look at the price of each glyph and add a bit for the profit?

You can download and install the Master Merchant addon, and it will track what items are sold for through your guilds, and tell you the prices the individual items have been sold for.

There are two factors involved. Rune Prices, and Vendor Glyph prices. Never sell for more than the Vendor prices (why would anyone buy them?). Add up the cost of the Aspect, Essence and Potency Runes then add your profit in. You may find that it does not make economic sense to sell Glyphs if your buying the materials. On the other hand, if your sitting on a bunch of Runes from earlier decon activities, then those are essentially free and all profit. In that case, I price at 50% to 80% of the vendor price for that level of Rune.

I never make anything better than Ta for spec sales. You might try, but for Leveling, the differences are so small they are not worth it to use other Aspects. Unless someone comes out and asks for it.
