Do you PVP for ONE Alliance or THREE?

Whom among us chooses to fight with all their alts on ONE Alliance, and who thinks that it's better to make their alts PVP for different factions? Why?
ASSUMING that one is not "playing both sides" or spying on opposite factions with their alts (which I think is ridiculous, despicable, and takes away from the quality of the game).
I want to make another alt and so far both my characters are EP. Part of me wants to make a DC character and the other part wants to stay true to the Pact! I can't decide!

I have a total of six characters, two per alliance (because...symmetry!). Loyalty is overrated; it's a game after all, and I'm not going to limit myself to just one faction's content. Sure, my alts are fiercely loyal to their chosen alliances, as am I while I'm playing on them, but I couldn't bring myself to fly only one color flag all the time. In life, I fly that Red, White, and Blue. On ESO, it's Red, Blue, and Yellow.
You know what they say: "Good things come in threes". It's the Rule of Threes. And I follow the rules. XD

✭Daggerfall Covenant ONLYPersonally I think they should allow players to choose the faction they represent at the beginning of eacfh campaign, and reward players for playing on lower pop factions on a sliding scale with the population size (lower pop = higher reward).

✭✭I've always played Aldmeri Dominion only on veteran campaigns since launch but with one exception.
A month or so back I chose to play on Non vet pvp to avoid lag and for a different experience. At the time DC on blackwater blade were severely outnumbered so I created a DC character for the sole purpose of playing on blackwater blade, with the intention of deleting the character after I had out leveled the campaign (takes about a week or so).

✭✭Multiple AlliancesI have friends cross-factions, most of which I've made from intense battles with one another. Faction loyalty is trivial to me. I PvP for good fights and fun times. I also like to experience things from all sides, so I can get the "whole picture" rather then listening to my own faction's bias. I still consider AD to be my main, and home sweet home.
It also helps that I no longer give 2 cents worth a damn about campaign scores and victories. I just want to have good fights, and fun times.2 -

However, I still love to play on my EP with friends in small man/solo It's a nice change of pace to have varied people to fight against tbh. I'm with him-I PvP for good fights and fun times.

✭✭✭✭✭Multiple AlliancesIve played for all three alliances from back during the second 90 day cycles. Before that I was all AD. Near the end of Dawnbreaker 2.0, it became apparent EP was really short on players, and when Blackwater came out, I rolled EP there and played that toon exclusively for several weeks.
After i leveled out, I rolled a DC toon, and played there sporadically.
Once i had vets in all the alliances, I joined up with some vet guilds, and its taken off from there. I go where I am needed, where the PvP is good, and where the lag is minimal.
I style myself as a sort of fourth faction mercenary or some such, I fight my own guilds and friends regularly, thus far theyve always been cool about it. Some have even joined me in crossing over, heck half of GoS has toons in all three factions now, its kinda crazy at times.
it makes for some rather interesting rage from people sometimes, but only a choice few ever really seem to take it too seriously. Rare are the people that refuse to group because "traitor, spy, blahblahblah" sort of mentality. the game has evolved from the factional roleplay we saw back in the old days. At the end of the day I am loyal to my friends, guilds, and alliances, in that order. No one has complained yet that matters.
I have only one real rule - whatever faction I am logged into at the time is my faction. the moment I log to a different toon, all information is forgotten and its like I was never there. I dont spy, I dont feed info though I might share a new tactic or something, learning is good >=] But everyone that plays with me knows im honest to a fault, maybe too honest

- Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
- Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
- Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
- Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
- Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
- Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
- Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams
- Fix the permanent block animation - see examples : link1 link2 link3 link4 link5
- Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
- Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
- Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking

Not true for PVP. But perhaps true for PVE. The line up of opponents is entirely different depending on what faction you play. This alone makes it an entirely different game depending on where you stand.0 -

This is the worst habit in ESO PvP, Alliance hopping is inacceptable for many reasons.
We have just kicked 2 players from our guild, they were grinding Zombies, then re logged to other alliance alts
to get rid of 1-2 players that are farming the same place. We would never have found out, but they were stupid enough doing this to a guild mate on friendlist. There are enough people with 2 accounts doing the same thing just to stay anonymous.
