Looking for a small, friendly guild NA/EP

Have a couple characters in each faction but my favorite is the Templar in ebonhart. I'm developing him as a 2H Dps / off tank (if necessary). Looking for a small, tight group of people to play with and have fun. I love doing dungeons and PVE, But am not opposed to cyrodil if someone wants to give me a better explanation than the game did .
