Spent 2hrs farming dolmen for a cold fire ballista just to get disconnected with perfectly runnin internet as i was putting it up get back in now i dont have it this is eso fault 100% please do smthn about this not cool at all.......extremely unhappy crown buyer

What happened when you got disconnected? did it go back to the game start menu or back to the xbox home screen? If it went back to the xbox home screen then the game crashed and Zenimax don't help out with game crashes nor do they acknowledge it as their problem.

Game crashed gonna just figure this as a lost cause...... the sty part is i havnt crashed for 3 days recomend a buddy nearby before ppl put one up these might crash ppl

With a game crash you can,

delete your local ESO data
clear the persistent blu-ray data
uninstall and reinstall the game

These only provide temporary fixes that lasted a few days for me.

In 5 weeks I have only played 3 times without it crashing once. I really want this fixed but I doubt it will as Zenimax are blaming Microsoft, saying we should go to Microsoft as a minority making it sounds less worth while for Microsoft to fix instead of Zenimax working with Microsoft as a majority making the issue get solved faster.
