As for scammers, they should just turn on the PvP option for people who have multiple reports against them, you could even make it a part of the justice system (or vengeance system I suppose). I found it exciting to see two different social groups between the two. The werewolves are party people while vampires are romance.

I know there've been some bans handed down over that behavior. I mean, sometimes it feels more like an urban legend, but I suspect that has more to do with this genuinely being the exception rather than the norm, in the community.

He was drunk. It was pretty funny the next day when he woke up and was asking why he was naked.
