Wanted Posters: hinting at anything or just random decoration

Hey just looking for everyone's opinions here, but the first time I noticed one of those wanted poster looking things around the towns, I immediately thought of the good ol' Gray Fox. It put this weird fantasy in my head that devs are hinting at there being a thieves guild coming and this could be the leader? (Obviously not the actual Gray Fox, but the same concept.) I don't do tooooo much researching on games so I'm not sure if there's any news about thieves guild, I saw their adding Orsinium and looks like Dark Brotherhood (FINALLY!) but I didn't hear anything about an actual thieves guild, I know about the midnight union, but it doesn't appear to have any quests for it. Just looking a casual discussion here!

I'll throw a screenshot up when I get into the game again, busy for the next two days! But I'm in the daggerfall covenant and I first noticed them when I got to the Rivenspire area, so idk if there anywhere else, I'm sure they are but just wander through the towns and look on wallas and poles and such! You can't read any of the words, but its a picture of what appears to be a hooded breton

There's one posted just outside the door to the inn in Belkarth, too. I'd imagine many other locations as well, but that one caught my eye.

They've been around for a while. Might have just been some flavor from the addition of the justice system.

I've seen them in game. It would be cool if in the future they would be dailies. And kind of act like how in skyrim you'd go talk to an innkeeper, ask about rumors, and they tell you to go kill a bandit chief.

You should try to click on them.

Just like books, pages and non-quest NPCs. some wanted posters can add/show delves/ Points of interests on your map.

Some tell you a little about the boss of the delve too.

I was thinking it'd be cool if they could devise a way to make it like GTA V'S bounty system, where you could hunt down other players who have a high bounty from stealing/murdering and such, but in a way where it'd only be players in your certain zone or something. Like I said when I first saw one it put that loooooooong shot idea that it was a hint at something to come, but I'm sure it's just some decor added for the justice system addition. A guy can dream though right?!? ;D

I don't THINK so.... I seem to recall seeing them back in beta.

....but then again, my memory has been questionable lately, at best.

Unfortunately I'd have to agree, I'd like to think it's teasing upcoming content, but I highly doubt it
