I want my imperial and pre order. I'm sick of submitting tickets and getting spam emails from you with no helpful info and just saying you assume my issue has been fixed if I don't reply to you saying that you like to help but still doing [snip]. I am in Ireland and seems to be a problem in Ireland. I don't know anyone here that actually got the imperial or pre order. Fix the [snip] issue already or I want a [snip] refund. It's beyond a [snip] joke right now. Do something about it and stop being a bunch of incompetent [snip]

    I already spent 80 euro on the game. Not go a waste more money ringing them just to be left on hold for ages and then get told they are aware of the problem but not going to do anything about it. Then they will just say they will assume the problem is fixed if they don't hear from me within 96 hours.

    If you are going to rant on the forums, at least try to explain your position a little more clearly. Did you pre-order the digital or physical edition? Are you talking about console or PC? If console, did you also play PC at all? How does being in Ireland affect the problem? Are you able to play the basic version without the pre-order and imperial perks, or are you saying you cant play at all?

    If you make a constructive post over at the support section of the forums listing the ticket number/s normally someone from ZOS will spot it and take action to bump it forwards or investigate what's been happening.

    Just remember to be patient and polite with them, while you're frustrated (and understandably) these are still normal people doing a job.

    I have made a few constructive posts without re easy. Even posted in posts they set up looking for help. Even managed to get through to someone once that asked me for my details and said they would get back to me soon with a fix but that was about 5 days ago. I now believe that was to get me to stop emailing them. I have sent about 30 emails about 10 posts in here and replied in their posts a few times. So it is very frustration but I tried being nice and waiting but I have ran out of patience at this stage.

    Stop complaining and call them. All my experience with the support has been flawless. Since you posted in the general section of the forums, it just makes me think you really dont know either the process, or what exactly is going on.

    Have you been charged? Probably have, but did you convey any of this info? If you dont want to wait anymore....pick. up. a. phone.

    There is so much more you can do to help your cause, but wasting your time with this post is not one of them.

    you do know this thread will be locked soon? Wrong section of the forums and just bashing the entire company because you have a problem.

    If you play some serious video games, you should know that when it comes down to purchasing and delivering products the process to fix any and all hiccups is very time consuming. ( I have had similar problems such as this, but they always fixed it, but then again i talked to a person on the phone and it never took more than an hour...tops)

    Definitely the worst support service ive ever encountered in 20 years of mmos.

    I dont mind server downtime, bugs, glitches even didnt mind when asherons call rolled the server back a week.

    But the way the 'support' is handled for consoles definately ensures me not giving them anymore $$.

    Just to point out the pc support experience is the opposte of console my friends tell me. So alot replys here are moot.

It might get someone to Di something and I don't want to have to spend that much money calling them as they already can't seem to fix the problem and I doubt they have an iris helpline so it would cost me a lot more to ring them. And I definitely had some bad customer support 8 the past but this is by far the worst and I don't care if they close the thread. The moment they do something like that is the moment u go on my pic and spam the forums till I get a reply

    still this thread lives. Effort on your side is much needed here OP. If you think you are special enough in the sea of players with problems, then I kind of feel sorry for you.

    PS. Have you called yet? paying for a phone call isnt an excuse to keep posting here flaming that your not getting help. You (to me IMO) sound like a bum who complains that he is homeless while 5 feet away is a "now hiring sign" but in your case the sign in a phone and being homeless is a factor of you putting more effort into this thread then trying to fix your problem.

    This thread should be moved to the proper section of the forums (should of been posted there to begin with but we all make mistakes)

    Don't listen to these guys man, they are just blindly loyal to this game and ZOS for no reason. I quit the game because I couldn't use siege on any of my characters for over 2 months and after 4 tickets and two forum posts they refused to do anything. These people just refuse to move on. Stop supporting this game.

    It truly is the worst support ever. And these guys defending zos can even see now that zos won't reply In this thread. That got no clue on what to do. If they did there be replies in here from the customer service. Big fan of Bethesda games. But this is not a good experience. And why Bethesda decided to work with zos I don't know. They could have easily done it on their own. Zos are useless and we'll known for being [snip]
