You realize that none of what you're mentioning is of any interest to most console players.

1) Addons? We already get addons. I'm assuming you mean mods. True. We don't get mods (okay, XBoxers do get some), but, if the content is good enough, frankly, who cares?
2) Inferior graphics? You are kidding, aren't you? With the new systems and the HD TV's out today, I don't even notice a difference between them and I've played both.
3) Can't rebind your keys? What on earth does that mean? So you can make all the buttons work exactly how you want them to? On many games, you actually can. Besides, that's why it's called adjusting to new mechanics. I'm a long time gamer and can tell you the ES games, DA games, DD game and many others are all different. It takes you what, like 20 minutes to adjust? No biggy.
4) You're stuck to a television and can't play anywhere else. So? Most of us have lives: you know: jobs, family, hobbies, sporting activities, etc... You do realize that there are things like the PSP that we can use if we really, really, really need to play a game. Hey! We could even use our smart phones. We don't need to be playing games ALL the time and EVERYWHERE. A life lived like that is just sad.

You can technically rebind keys on the PS4 and Vita at least. They both have accessibility options that let you swap all the buttons and such around to whatever you want. That doesn't account for context sensitive stuff, however, most PC games' keybinds don't either.

I use my PC on my TV as often as not... but its hardware is aging and my TV is a mere 720p, and that's let me squeeze about 4 more years out of the hardware so far without much in the way of ill effects.

As mentioned its not the players that pc players hate, its the consoles in general. ESO was never going to be a console game but that changed, or ZeniMax out right lied.

Most times, pc games are dumbed down so that consoles can be ported more easily. PC's can be hardware upgraded more than consoles can. This allows pc's to handle the most demanding requirements compared to consoles. No company will have two or three teams to write a game, one for pc's a second team to write code for Xbox and another team to write for PS consoles.

PC players feel cheated because of this. PC players should be given the highest quality graphics, the best game mechanics possible, ect., While consoles are rewritten so that the consoles can handle the best graphic, game mechanics, ect, possible for consoles. But this is not so.

I don't hate consoles or console gamers. Consoles still have a place in my life without question (just not for MMOs or most RPGs).

I hate dumb people. These forums had some dumb people when it was just PC. I hated them, thankfully most didn't/don't stick around too long.

Console release brought a huge influx of new dumb people. I hate them. That's not to say that all console gamers are dumb. Many of them contribute positively to the forum community, ask intelligent questions, and add to discussions. I welcome their continued participation in the human race.

But the dumb ones, sooo many dumb ones.

Then why don't the sell to you? If there are so many of you then why don't they cater to you? Perhaps it's because you bi*** and moan about absolutely everything and don't actually contribute?

Go in to any game store or major retailer and perhaps 1/4 of the games they sell are for PCs. Sure, something like Steam sells a lot of "things", but much of it is not AAA games.

If the PC gamers were really such a force, why are they the lead on this? Why are they not taken all that seriously? Why do they have such a major attitude?

It's because they don't make any money off of you. The money is in the consoles. Sure it may not always be that way, but, for the time being, consoles and the big 3 releases are where it's at.

Personally, I own a great PC gaming rig, but I never use it. What's the point? Everything I want is on my consoles. I don't need endless mods, endless streaming, endless updates & upgrades, endless this, endless that.

Just leave us consolers alone. Y'all are not the bees knees.

I don't care for PC gaming. Endless typing, keystrokes and mouse clicks don't appeal to me. I get enough of that at my job.

I'll push a few buttons and I'm in to a game I enjoy. That's good enough for me and I don't feel like I'm on a treadmill that keeps going with upgrades and newer equipment and newer video cards and newer hard drives.

There are a couple of AAA PC games that really kick a**, I'll admit that, but even the ones that were exclusively PC are porting over now - look at Witcher.

Dunno about hate, but when it comes down to if I'll play a game on PC or console I'll always choose PC. Why would I spend what little time I have choosing the inferior hardware when I can do everything and more on the PC. Consoles are good for exclusives, that's about it.

Video games are my hobby, I love good games wherever I find them. Each platform has its strengths and weaknesses, each has excellent games available, splitting hairs over which one is the best and why all others should be shunned is childish and pointless. We're here because we enjoy ESO (or we hate it, but stay around for endless forum entertainment ); maybe I'm weird, but I genuinely like to share my favorite games with other people regardless of platform.
