Latency Problem need help

Hey everyone i bought the game yesterday and after playing a couple of hours i figured out how to see my latency in game and to my surprise its at 340+ always and jumps to 400 to 500ms often I live in Qatar which i know is pretty far from the EU server but all of the other MMOs i play i get around 200ms latency which is pretty good and playable for me

for example Guild Wars 2 which also have mega servers have 180 to 220 latency for me. My internet is fiber optics 5mb/s.
I also sent the ticket ingame but decided to ask my fellow players for help in case that doesn't work out

I'm in England and the in-game Latency figure is typically 70-100, while a tracert shows around half that number, so clearly there's some latency involved inside ZOS megaserver tech. once your packet arrives.

Still no reply from the ESO support but i did manage to reduce my latency from 400 to 500 to 160 to 200 by using WTFast application.
