Support Page Broken?

I've been trying to log into the ESO support webpage for a few days now - the site is incredibly slow and keeps returning authentication failure for each login attempt even though I know my credentials are correct and even after a password reset. I even tried different browsers.

What's the deal?

I am referring to https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home - busted

The account subdomain works fine, I can log in and see billing history, etc. I need to view the status of a support ticket, as it has been 2+ weeks without a reply. Thanks for asking me to clarify
