New to ESO, would like to join a Guild and level up and do quest

I'm lvl 7 looking for some legit people to help me out and play some quest! Pretty new so don't know much but willing to participate in any mission that you need me in

You would be better off in a guild that has generally more of the people you have the same alliance in common with.
