This sums it up.....
I just raised a support ticket and the following message appears across the top:
"We will do our best to respond within one (1) business day."
This clearly shows the support team DO NOT work on weekends......To offer a sub option with their game and then not have the support on hand to correct issues when they happen or even communicate in a timely fashion is a total disgrace!
