Limited Frost Mare Mount Available in the Crown Store

did you really care about the currency changes when you decide to put an OVERPRICED limited item on crown store?

3000 crowns = 21 euros. with that money I can buy enough food to cook for 2 weeks where I live now. are you f.n serious?

I'm a 3D artist, and I know that you only picked your generic horse mount and changed its textures, sounds and add some generic particle effects. No new animations, no usefullness, noting makes this item fun! like freezing the ground and who follows you slips and falls. and you ask 21 euros. You are totally crazy. Why dont you leave the generic horse textures as they are and start changing your finance department employees instead?

Sooo since it's already a known issue that some people aren't receiving their purchased crowns will ESO extend this Limited time mount? If not will there be any future plan to bring it back for those who were unfortunate to have not been able to purchase due to crowns not being delivered in a timely fashion!?

The only problem I have here is that the mounts are getting crazy! I see too many people riding big cats! A few cats here and there would be okay, but there are too many. Cats in general would not go for this. Also hearing rumors of bears coming. Not a fan. I would much rather see them stop introducing animals that would not normally take a rider.

How about custom armor for what we already have? Let us put some dyes and banners on our mounts...customize the horses...to me this would be cooler.

Here are some animals that could be introduced without getting crazy:

    Camel
Cow - come on...it would be really funny! - but they better be slow like cows are
    Reindeer or elk

I think its a joke they've brought out a limited time mount when people are still having issues receiving crowns they bought 2 weeks ago. Atleast wait untill those issues are fixed, its insane.

This is the response I get after submitting a help ticket regarding "The known Crown issue" I've tried relogging and it's been more than 24hrs...

Response By Email (Kenzie) (07/07/2015 10:38 AM)
    Greetings,
Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited team. We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing a delay in receiving your purchased Crowns. At this time, we are not seeing any delays in Crowns being delivered to players. Sometimes your bank or other financial institution can take longer to deliver the funds to Sony or Microsoft which can result in the delay you are seeing.
We recommend the following in making sure you have received the Crowns you purchased:
    - Log out and log back into the game
    - Wait 24 hours
    - Check your bank statement to make sure the payment has posted
If you have done all three of these things and you still have not received your Crowns, then please feel free to contact us back so we can investigate the issue further.

The "cat mounts" are (or at least, should be) actually forms of Khajiit, and in the lore are said to be sometimes used as mounts IIRC. I know of no preexisting lore that mentions anything about bears being used as mounts, however.

I'm sure it's rather jarring for people used to seeing only horses as mounts in TES to start seeing crazy mounts like guar and sentient Khajiit relatives, especially if said people cite "normal horse mounts only" as a reason for getting hooked to the TES series in the first place.

Actually they aren't. All senche-something mounts in-game are not from the Senche breed of Khajiit (nor should they be, as lore states that Senche Khajiit would only allow other Khajiit to ride them, and even then most likely only if they're family).

    From a Reddit AMA:
The in-game answer is that the differences between Senche, Senche-raht, and senche-tigers are confusing and hard to understand for everyone but Khajiit. Furthermore, Khajiit seem to sense an intelligence in senche-tigers that other races do not, but since senche-tigers don’t speak, their intelligence is hard to assess.
OFFICIAL ANSWER: Moon Bishop Hulan says, “Many hairless ones are confused by the term ‘senche,’ since we Khajiit use it to mean a variety of things. It is used as ‘senche’ and ‘senche-raht’ to refer to two of the seventeen distinct furstocks, or ‘breeds,’ of Khajiit. The senche-raht, in fact, are the largest of us! But we also use the term ‘senche-tiger’ to refer to our more catlike cousins of lesser sentience. Indeed, depending upon the appearance of these cousins, we might even call them ‘senche-leopards’ or ‘senche-panthers.’ So you see that the term ‘senche’ is very flexible indeed, as changeable as the Moons.”

When are we going to see a lightning horse? My sorc really needs one and it only seems fair to have the third of the trio of elements since we already have fire and ice on the ground now.

Yes, bears are coming in the Orsinium content update. It seems like they'll be something you can get at the Stables, but don't hold me to that.

On your other point, costumes, mounts, and vanity pets are all entirely cosmetic. 'You' choose whether you want them or not. If other people riding or using them annoys you...I don't know what to say, to be honest. It's an MMO and you should just expect things like this to happen. I just ignore things like that and tend to be playing at my own pace anyways because I know that actions that actually affect 'my' experience in-game are the ones that I make.

As with any spinoff, with ESOTU, it is not uncommon to see liberties with the formula taken to fit the expectations of the majority of its audience. Mounts and other forms of cosmetic features are those things that many MMO fans (including myself) love to have...admittedly in surplus!
How about custom armor for what we already have? Let us put some dyes and banners on our mounts...customize the horses...to me this would be cooler.

I mean, don't get me wrong.

Yes, the addition of customizable banners for our mounts would be very neat indeed. More so than that, it is doable. But I don't think custom armor for mounts would do much of anything for ZeniMax when it makes more sense to just use those resources put towards new armaments for existing mounts into newer, better-looking mounts.

It helps them make more money in the long-run and keep their Crown Store interesting for people like me.
Here are some animals that could be introduced without getting crazy:

    What? You just said:
I would much rather see them stop introducing animals that would not normally take a rider.

Yet you say you'd like to see Cows and Deer as mounts? Yeah, those would never have people riding them. Camels are too slow as well.

The point is to have mounts that work with the stat bonuses you get by owning one. What's the point in having a mount that doesn't get or fit properly into having those stat bonuses? Makes no sense to me, honestly, as you should then be asking for a vanity pet (and even that would be absurd).

I'm not gonna bother with trying to even further make sense of those suggestions in my head. :smirk:

Seconded that notion. I'd love to see a Lightning horse in the game! :D

    Frost Mare handling feedback needed:

    1. Does it have 'Lick it' option?
    2. How does it taste like?
    3. Can you build a snowman out of it when you leave him outside of the tavern?
    4. What's the Min/Max storage temperature and who provides proper stables?
    5. What's the risk of condition called 'Freezing your balls off'?

How many did you sell? Or do you imagine that kind of info to be private? Were you simply trying to gauge the response to a high priced limited time vanity item? Or is that type of info private as well? Anyway I saw one or two horses ingame.

Lol asking them how much they got is like asking someone how much they get paid. All you will get is an eyeroll or just ignored. All you can do is wait for the next limited time item and see if it is cheaper or more expensive or the same.
If you think the problem is everyone else you may want to rethink the issue.
