Let's hope such lore-breaking stuff doesn't return.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Our frosty friend is no longer available for purchase in the Crown Store.

The only problem I have here is that the mounts are getting crazy! I see too many people riding big cats! A few cats here and there would be okay, but there are too many. Cats in general would not go for this. Also hearing rumors of bears coming. Not a fan. I would much rather see them stop introducing animals that would not normally take a rider.
How about custom armor for what we already have? Let us put some dyes and banners on our mounts...customize the horses...to me this would be cooler.
Here are some animals that could be introduced without getting crazy:
Camel
Cow - come on...it would be really funny! - but they better be slow like cows are
Reindeer or elk

Actually they aren't. All senche-something mounts in-game are not from the Senche breed of Khajiit (nor should they be, as lore states that Senche Khajiit would only allow other Khajiit to ride them, and even then most likely only if they're family).DarkMasterJMK wrote: »The "cat mounts" are (or at least, should be) actually forms of Khajiit, and in the lore are said to be sometimes used as mounts IIRC.

But we also use the term ‘senche-tiger’ to refer to our more catlike cousins of lesser sentience. Indeed, depending upon the appearance of these cousins, we might even call them ‘senche-leopards’ or ‘senche-panthers.’ So you see that the term ‘senche’ is very flexible indeed, as changeable as the Moons.”

I'm sure it's rather jarring for people used to seeing only horses as mounts in TES to start seeing crazy mounts like guar and sentient Khajiit relatives, especially if said people cite "normal horse mounts only" as a reason for getting hooked to the TES series in the first place.

From a Reddit AMA:
The in-game answer is that the differences between Senche, Senche-raht, and senche-tigers are confusing and hard to understand for everyone but Khajiit. Furthermore, Khajiit seem to sense an intelligence in senche-tigers that other races do not, but since senche-tigers don’t speak, their intelligence is hard to assess.Lawrence_Schick wrote: »OFFICIAL ANSWER: Moon Bishop Hulan says, “Many hairless ones are confused by the term ‘senche,’ since we Khajiit use it to mean a variety of things. @ZOS_GinaBruno
When are we going to see a lightning horse? My sorc really needs one and it only seems fair to have the third of the trio of elements since we already have fire and ice on the ground now.
