New Character - No Title Transfer?

So, I just started a new character after finalllllly receiving my Daedric Lord Slayer title on Xbox One. I figured that of all titles, that would be one that would at least transfer over and could be used on different characters. It appears that either my game is bugged, or it can't be done at all. Given that it can't be done at all, I was hoping to at least find a previous post about this, and I dug into it and found none. Is this just a bug in my game, a reason I can't access it yet, or is the title transfer feature not even in the game?

✭Simple answer: Titles aren't account-wide, which is as it should be, your new character didn't earn that title so why should it have it?
It always amuses me to see a level 1 WOW character with a title only a level 100 raider could get. /rolleyes

It's understandable for questing achievements not to transfer, but for general achievements that have nothing to do with the story line that people work really hard to achieve should at least be open to account wide transfers because nobody is going to play on one character forever. That's an achievement to be proud of, but it's left when you create a new one.
Fair enough that it's not account wide, that's all I wanted to know. Just thought that it should be open ended on both sides of the spectrum.0
