Souls gems and usage eg charging weapons.

Can any of you guys and gals help me with soul gems. As in how to find and apply them to charge weapons, I keep using weapons that eventually run out of Enegry and I don't know how to recharge them

Caesar Tantalia✭✭✭first of all - your weapons default attack never runs out - it's only the additional charge (e.g. fire) that does. Gems can be bought / found empty and full. I never buy them, I believe it is the mage guild skills / passive which has an increased chance to capture a soul if you kill a mob. But if you really need one, just buy them on the market, wether that is your trade guild or NPC traders ...
Recharging is easy - right click your weapon and click charge, then select the gem you want to use.1
