General NewsAlliance War
- Approximately 20'000 accounts have been permanently banned for exploit abusing and/or cheating by means of third party tools.
Game Mechanics
- Travel to Player functionality has been disabled for Cyrodiil
- Cleanse had its healing functionality removed. In general, all purge morphs have their cast cost doubled.
- Proximity Detonation has been removed. It has been replaced with a stamina morph of inevitable detonation.
That would be a good starting point.
- Sets that made Stamina builds more powerful than intended have been reworked
- Smart healing for multi target heals has been changed to purely proximity based healing. Only single target heals have the smart healing function.
- Damage mitigation has been reworked. It is no longer possible to reduce incoming damage to less than 5% of base value by blocking.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited v2.0.12 is an incremental patch that fixes no issues with quests, gameplay, and also does not adjusts and UI related problems. Speech •We removed the speech from the game from any quest to reduce lag in Cyrodiil.

Vanity pets •Added the rainbow Whale. This little grey whale will follow you around farting rainbows

Cleanse is really expensive to cast, about 4700 magicka for builds with 5 LA pieces. This should be enough to prevent players from spamming it.
