there's a few names in the game that seem like they are in connection with things like that.

I love the argonians and David Icke but most of his beliefs are fear based so I don't want to give my time and attention to negative things. I believe anything we can imagine is probably true in some reality or another.

Conspiracy theories are fun, one of the reasons I loved Deus Ex (the original 2000 game) so much, but I'm afraid this isn't some reference to David Icke conspiracy.

Sees-All-Colors is a follower of the daedric prince Meridia, and her realm in Oblivion is called the Colored Rooms.

Altho lore wise that makes perfect sense, i wouldn't put it past Bethesda to throw in a few nods here and there. Like the Minecraft Notched pickax you could find at throat of the world in skyrim

I've always preferred to make use of the superliminal, which is basically just yelling at people.

The meaning of an Argonian's name is often obscured to other races. In this case, as you progress through the Fighter's Guild storyline and learn more about Sees-All-Colors, you may be able to draw some conclusions to its origins.
