* are there low-level (beginner) raids in Aldmeri I can go to with our new and also beginning guild members?
* There's no keyboard chat in ESO (grrrr) so how do you guys go about with organizing and inviting to raids and PvE / help sessions?
* I'm not even into PvP but are we at least strong enough to compete in such (I heard most people go to Ebonheart Pact with the remaining going to Aldmeri and Daggerfall)
* Any tips for a starting Sorcerer like me who's just into the pre-level 10 levels.

We mainly use guild chat to organize events. It's usually pretty casual. Someone will ask what everyone is doing, and we'll organically form groups from that. We usually have a few people PvPing, and have a few dedicated PvP nights each week where we pull 10-20 in a group.
