Would adding an in-game clock help?

Whenever it's raining in-game, it makes it difficult for me to know when it's midnight and what cycle the moon is on. I would personally like there to be an in-game clock along with moon phases (unless it's the same moon phase every night cycle). I know that the day cycle is approx. 4 hrs. whereas the night cycle is approx. 1.5 hrs., if I'm correct?

What do you guys think? Would an in-game clock/calendar help your gameplay since there are some abilities that state that you're powerful in this certain day then gradually decline then rise (the Tower stone(?))?

What? I only know of one ability that makes you stronger faster at night, and that's a vampire ability.

It's pretty easy to see whether or not it's night.

As far as Mundus stones, they all just grant a passive bonus at all times.

There is a stone that makes you stronger or something like that on specific days (real time or in-game). I'm trying to get the werewolf bites and most of the time, I'm in caverns or buildings. Plus, I also don't know if the moon changes phases every night cycle?
I've had the game for a good time, but I'm still not sure how some things work.

That is every mundus stone bonus.

Night cycles should not matter for levelling werewolf at all.

Are you sure that you are not mixing up something with other elder scrolls games? I never heard of a stone that makes you stonger in eso and doesn't work always.

If you are playing on pc, there are addons that show the time, date and moon cycle.
I don't need this, but I wouldn't mind if a clock is added to the game as long as it is disabled by default.

Sorry, I can't find it, but I remember seeing it somewhere early in the game. I've searched Racial Skills, Class Skills, Mundus Stones, and World Skills.

I'm on PS4. I wish I had it on PC, but it's not "built" well enough to perform. It was a skill you get that allowed the player to take less damage on certain days but take more damage every other days. I wish we could get addons.
