Role Playing and tactical PvP guilds?

Hey everyone I just was wondering, because it actually sounds like a lot of fun to me, if there are any guilds that actually form up in PvP ? I.e. Actually use the salute emotes and line up at attention inside keeps planning attacks, giving out tactical orders from a commanding officer like "tanks to the north keep wall" and such like that. Would that even be possible? Are people ever that focused? Is anyone interested in that sort of guild?
