Yakuza recruiting out of Daggerfall-PvE/PvP

Currently at 13 members, the Yakuza is a relatively small group of friends who love RPGs (especially Elder Scrolls), helping each other out, and having fun. Our guild currently consists of players leveled 8-42 and rising, including vampires and werewolves.
We share resources and gold as well as have different members who focus on different crafting skills. We have a designated blacksmith, enchanter, woodworker, leatherworker and cook, and we use the guild bank to deposit the materials for each other, and if someone wants anything made, we just ask and it is custom made and delivered. We also go back to help lower leveled players through their quests and leveling up.
We have mainly been doing the PvE quests and dungeons, but have started exploring the PvP campaigns and would like to do more of them. We would like for the guild to grow large enough to be a PvP force to be reckoned with as well as open up guild traders to make some scratch by selling our badass stuff to the community as a whole.
We are laid back, and while we're serious about the game, we also don't take it too seriously. Everyone is friendly and we don't appreciate ***holes. We are mostly older gamers who have known each other from other games (Destiny, Dragon Age, CoD, etc.) and while there are no age restrictions, we prefer playing with people older than 20.
New members come in as recruit, with limited privileges, but it is easy to get ranked up as long as you can get along with people and follow the no douchebaggery rule.
We do not have a dues system, but rather ask members to deposit 500 gold per day played into the guild bank to help us grow... The larger the guild grows, the faster the bankroll grows. This is completely voluntary, but those who choose to make deposits will have greater access to larger sums of gold from the guild bank (need 40,000 for a bank upgrade? No problem... just ask).
