Please Help

Ok, so around a month ago I bought a ton of End Game, expensive armor for my alt Character who is VR 2 so they would be ready with the right gear when they got to VR 14. I bought all the Gear from guild stores and it costed me a lot of gold. I didn't want to accidentally deconstruct it or sell the gear so I kept it in my mail till I needed it.
I had totally forgotten about the factor that items in mail disappear in 30 Days so now I have lost all of the gear that I bought for the character and all the gold I spent was wasted.

If any members of ZOS or someone could help me with this or tell me if I'm jut straight up Screwed it would be greatly appreciated. If there is a way of getting the items back I would be over the moon.

I cannot remember the exact items I lost but I know what they were.
Items I Lost:

5x Set Of The Undaunted Bastion. Heavy VR 14
5x Set Of The Footmen Including 2 rings, Necklace and 2 Armor pieces. VR 13

I'm not sure why you think posting on the forums will help - this is something where the only way you can get help is by contacting CS.

@jkemmery Believe me, I'm not. I hope they can check game records or something to see past Player Mail so they can know.

You'd be better served by by making a Help ticket altho they have said on several occasions that Mail is Not a bank.
Worth a shot, tho.

It says plain as day in the mail that it will be deleted after 30 days. It's your own fault. You should have taken the items out of the mail and placed them in the bank until you could use them.

Why did you need 5x (five sets)? I mean, if all you needed was armor for an alt character, wouldn't you just need one set??

I don't know how it works with things you purchase, but if I send something to a friend and they don't open in in 30 days, it comes back to me. I've had items returned because people quit the game.

You can try to check with the guilds from which you bought the armor. But I suspect you'll tell me you don't remember where you bought or you don't belong to those guilds any more.

As much as I really dislike saying this, I can't help but feel your posting here is an attempt to get someone to feel sorry for you and freebie you some armor. Maybe not and if not, I'm sorry.

Check with the guilds you bought it from. You might be able to get some of it back.

I believe he means 5 pieces of the set, rather than 5 full sets.

It's a credit to the forum admin's that time and time again I see threads like this and admin opens a ticket for the O.P and generally it is solved positively... @keybaud let us know what the outcome is.

If you hadn't open the email, it went back to the seller.
Otherwise, lets hope is lost, for no other reason other "the mail system is not a bank" policy.

If you were too lazy to pick up the items from the email, and put them in the bank or in an alt, you deserve well.
