What's the quickest way to invite strangers into your Guild?

I'm a bloke with a bad memory.
I know how to invite people the long way by clicking enter Gamertag but It's time comsuming Entering in peoples gamertags correctly.
Is there a fast way to invite people to my Guild without needing to remember how to spell someones Gamertag?
I mean there should be a lobby list and you can click on a name and have a popup that you can select invite to Guild.
Well there should be.
