Home campaign switched randomly (after reset) and when I paid AP to switch it back it did not work

I set my home campaign to chillrend. The campaign ended. It switched me to Haderus. I paid, and was deducted, AP to switch back to Chillrend. It did not go through. It will take 3 days to switch back. This is completely unfair and I would love someone associated with the game to confirm my story is true and switch me back to Chillrend, where I should rightfully be.
