ZOS just sold over 3 million copies of this game on console alone

Really? I'd be interested in knowing where this comes from.

The queue on xbox one alone was over 880,000 at one point. all trying to login at once.

OK 880,000 to 3 million ?. Thank you for your time.

The QUEUE was 880,000. Just on xbox one. Just on the NA server. There is also the EU xbox one and both PS4 mega servers. In the UK alone they sold more than 100,000 copies.

I think the point was: where did you get this information? Is there a link or something?

All you have to do is google console game sales june 2015. There are numerous sites I pulled this info off of. Including the forums where I got the queue numbers from people waiting hours just to login.

Look at us. So deprived that we are eager just to wait for NEWS of some potential actions. Not actions mind you, news of potential actions. We are so past that now, we should have had action a long long time ago. The only thing we have right now is NEWS, and even then it's not ACTUAL news. What we have right now is news about news that we have to wait for, whose content regards moar stuff we will have to wait for.

"We bring you news, of more news about things that are soon".

Im already one foot out of the door, sub canceled.

If the Imperial City is a Pay to Play DLC, atleast for PC, then i am done playing for good.

Stole my money for a year, shame on you ZOS, try and steal it again with content i was subbing for for over a year a year for. What The Ever Living %%^^#!!

I know what you mean. Right now I log in every other morning, complete 2 enlightenments in a grind and log out. I only do so because if they do finally manage to do something with this game I won't be so far behind.

Paying a sub right now is like going to walmart and paying for imaginary merchandise, except it's not even on rollback, it's full price.

I know players that are paying the sub and are doing the same thing, pretty much paying to be zombies. I don't think any of the loyal players expected strung along for so long in regards to promised content. They play because they've invested time and money, but it's more of a chore than anything else. Also all these players have purchased pretty much everything they could have ever wanted with their sub stipends, so the crown store doesn't really help. The farther away this "next major update" gets the more I feel like joining them.

EDIT: These are mostly dedicated pvp'ers who lost interest, this may not be the case of pve'ers.

A nerf of nirhoned would sign the return of block-casting spammers. For instance DKs can deal 10k+ with their lava whip on a target that is not equipped with nirnhoned. So no thanks.

You seem to think that magicka attacks do more damage than stamina attacks, without regard to the target's gear. This presumption is incorrect. Magicka attacks do not have more base damage than skills like Wrecking Blow, Snipe and Steel Tornado.

    I'm not making this assumption.

But it's obvious that blocking while dealing damage with magicka spells is a good mean to use both the stamina pool and the magicka pool of resources in an efficient way. It grants you a great protection and allows you to deal a fair amount of damage at the same time. Some sort of glass canon, without the glass.

Magicka builds are good for sustainability. Stamina builds are good for burst DPS.

This being said, I have the feeling that there are more magicka players in Cyrodiil than stamina players. At least in raids. But this is just a feeling, because I don't have the exact numbers. When I ask around me what type of build people play, they often answer me: "a magicka build". But this is not a proof either.

This Summer was a last chance for ZOS for a lot of us pvpers, even more have already given up on this game. Evident by the friends and guildmates we've all seen leave. We've been treated like second rate costumers for far too long to expect anything different ever again from ZOS. September is way past when this content and the fixes that should have already been implemented to be.

I'm sure lag will remain an issue as they've proven to be incapable of hosting the numbers and type of pvp they promise us in their marketing. We're over 6 months past when forward camps should of been re-implemented into the game, we've had no new content since launch, and we've been plagued by a host of rampant cheating (macro's, outpost exploiting, etc.) as well as bugs such as nirn that were aloud to go on for months. Absolutely unacceptable from any standpoint from which you respect yourself and expect a company taking your money to respect you as well.

This game is officialy, for many this was 6-9 months ago, nothing more than a temporary stop until a new RvR game get's released.

    i agree with you..

my opinion is that there is time to change that until November 2015 ,when another social game will come out , and another's game expansion and in spring 2016 there will another MMO... until then, i hope they do sth serious about the overall pvp-experience (Brian's & Eric's responsibilities)

frankly i have doubts about Imperial City, as long as damage-output and critical are not changed as well...yeah, it feels like a temporary stop... and a slow goodbye
