[BUG] - Skyshard did not count after taking it, several achievements now uncompletable!

I went for the last skyshard i had missing in Stonefalls (#14 inside Hightide Hollows mini dungeon) on my VR2 AD character and after i picked it up i noticed that i didn't get any on screen notification that i had completed the associated achievement.

I went into the menu and checked and neither did it register for the achievement nor did it count towards my x/3 skyshard count in the skills menu!

So now i'm short one skyshard (which i could live with) but more importantly, i will NEVER be able to complete the achievements related to skyshards.
My OCD is already screaming inside my head, this will be a nightmare going forward.

Someone at ZOS, please HELP!


PS: I did file an in-game report for this also ...

Try using the search function. It's a known issue:

https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/27645/kw/softloam%20caverns

Go to Softloam Caverns and use the skyshard there. You will get credit for the one in Hightide Hollow
