Hi. I have a few questions...
-What is the maximum level?
-How can I engage in PvP? Its enabled all around the world like Tibia, or there is PvP areas like Ragnarok or Cabal?
-How i can improve my skills levels? Like storm calling
-Whats better, ranged sorcerer (bow/staff) or melee (dagger)?
-Where can i find good items cheaper, or money to buy them in npc's?
-If Im playing in European server, Ill find everybody that plays there too? Or its like GTA online, a lot of small servers?
-How can i fight for my alliance?
-Whats the best vocation?
-Im playing as sorcerer and all level points I got I used to improve magicka, is that ok?

1) Maximum level is 50, but then there are 14 veteran ranks to earn on top of that.
2) You can only engage in PvP in Cyrodill it is a huge part of the world, the entire center of the map. You can go there from level 10 and will have an option to go to different campaigns. I really do suggest choosing the none veteran campaign at first.
3) To improve your skill level make sure you have skills from that line on your active skill bar as you play and as you hand in quests.
4) There is no 'best' it depends how you build your character, what race you have chose, that armour you are specialising in, etc. Just make sure if you are going melee/bow you are building your character for that by picking armour that complements it (medium) and focusing on attributes your play style uses (melee primarily uses stamina, so you would not want to invest only in magika if you are going that route). If you go ranged with a staff then you are going to be able to look more to magika and complement your sorcerers natural skills and perhaps where light armour. However, the fun part is trying all sorts of combinations and seeing which one you enjoy most.
5) Get a guild. Work with other players. Crafting makes good gear and items so look into it or make friends with someone who crafts.
6) You will find most of the other people, the zones do phase so the game does not crash and you can actually find mobs to kill but there is a very high cap on the number of players in the zone before another instances starts.

8) Crafting? All of them! Just work on everything you can.

First you get to 50 which starts Veteran Levels and the Champion system. You will also open another alliances zone, then the other once that one is finished. Veteran levels go up to 14 as of now. They should be removing veteran levels though. You will continue to build in the champion system for a very long time (years).

You can enter PvP at level 10 I believe. You pick a server and travel to Cyrodil. It is a large open world zone where people fight over controlling keeps and capturing elder scrolls. There are also PvE elements in Cyrodil. When and if they implement phase two of the justice system, there will then be pvp in the open world (not just Cyrodil).

-How i can improve my skills levels? Like storm calling
To improve an individual skill have it on your bar when you gain experience. This does not count your back bar (unlocked at 15 I believe), only the active bar counts when you gain experience. For skill lines: Class skill lines are leveled by having those line's individual skills on your active bar when you gain experience. The more skills from that line the faster it levels. Armor skill lines level by wearing that armor type when you gain experience. The more armor pieces, the faster it levels. Other skill lines level in various ways, hovering over the experience bar will tell you. For example the fighter's guild levels by killing deadra, dark anchors or completing fighter's guild quest.

Ranged is safer but has a bit lower dps. Melee is more dangerous but has higher dps.

-Where can i find good items cheaper, or money to buy them in npc's?
Early on its best to craft items or wear items you find. Only occasionally buy items.

There is only one large EU server. You can find all EU players there. That said there is a phasing system (megaserver). It will only show you some of the people, though many more may actually be there. If you have a friend or guild mate in the area they will always show up in your phase. The only reason they may not is because you are in a different part of a quest. Such as they saved the town and you have not. Though I think ZoS has done some changes to this so that they are more likely to always show up.

-How can i fight for my alliance?
As said before. At level 10 pick a server and head to Cyrodil. There is an alliance war menu (press "L" on pc). Then pick the tab that lists the different servers by type. Pick one, click it and hit enter campain. You choose a home campaign which will keep track of your scoring for a leaderboard and campaign ending rewards. You can also pick a guest campaign that will only award you alliance points.

-Whats the best vocation?
They are all pretty useful. Find the most useful for you so that you can craft armor as you level. Alchemy and Enchanting are most useful at end-game. You don't want to waste those resources while leveling. You can do enchanting while leveling just don't use the rarer Aspects (purple and gold). Enchanting is also the hardest to level so may be worth an early start. Provisioning is useful though out, food and drinks are very powerful. If you are having trouble with a fight, make sure you are using food or drinks. Provisioning resources are fairly plentiful. Avoid using the purple resources until later though.

As a sorc mana based dps focus on:
Spell damage > max mana > spell crit
To maintain resources:
Reduced spell cost > mana regen
Don't completely neglect health. Many recommend 1:1 health:mana with your stat points while leveling. Sorcs are very squishy until you get conjured ward (the last skill under deadric summoning). That said, being more experienced I went all mana when I leveled my sorc, so it is doable.

A: Max level is 50. but then there are veteran ranks. they reward less character progression and go slower. There are 14 veteran ranks, each one is equal to bout 8 regular levels.

A: You can only participate in PvP in Cyrodil (a specific map, bigger then normal zones in the center of the world). Once you reach lvl 10 you can enter.

A: builds are not that easy defined and it depends alot on your level and unlocked abilities.
But to get your started, I would suggest building for magica and using a destruction staff. Bow and daggers use stamina and at lower levels a stamina build is less viable for a sorcerer. You can respect later anyways.

A: cheapest is farm the mats and craft them

A: All people playing on "platform" EU server (e.g. pc/mac EU server) can be found in your friendslist and you can chat with them. The three alliances are at war with each other. so you can't play with people in other alliances (but you can play against them in Cyrodil, the pvp map)

A: as in crafting specialisation? It depends. yopu likely want more then one. As this is your first character and zour a sorcerer I would recommend clothier and woodworking so you can make your own armor and staves.

If using a staff then yes. In my opinion a magica destruction staff sorcerer is the best for levelling. I would recommend putting 25% of your points in health though. Keep in mind that you can respec later on.
