An Act of Kindness quest - Invisible Enemies

So I'm at the part in the quest where you have to trap the spirits with the crystal. It's pretty straightforward, but as I'm fighting one guy, another will be hitting me as well, but he's not actually on the screen. I can see the red dot as if there was an enemy, I lose health as if there was an enemy, but there's no enemy there. I just died for the 4th time after getting ambushed by 3 invisible guys and not being able to do anything about it. Fix this please.

UPDATE: So after some frustration I got through the part I described above. I died about 6 or 7 times total just trying to do it. Anyways, I'm towards the end of the quest now. I have went into the Ezduiin Vault and solved the puzzle (which wasn't even a puzzle unless you're like 3 years old). Now I'm outside, it's telling me to talk to Sirinque, and I can't talk to him because he's invisible as well. The "Talk" icon comes up when I hover over him, but I can't initiate the actual conversation. Come on, guys. This is ridiculous.

UPDATE #2: I attempted to do another quest in the same vicinity and there are several NPCs, including the one I need to speak to, once again, that are invisible.

[Will be improved in the next patch] You may encounter some invisible NPCs during your play. Completely closing the game and/or rebooting your system will make them appear in some cases.
