I have noticed that when I fight other combatants and they get killed, that my add-on will show that we've had 'Left combat' immediately. Put the last arrow into an enemy, they fall over and it's immediately over, you can then pick plants, loot chests, interact with NPCs.
But when fighting and killing a non-combatant, such as a chicken, a rat, a rabbit, a bantan guar, a pig, a fox, a squirrel, a small snake, and also the Spriggan's beasts, there is a 6 second time-out. Fire an arrow into a chicken, the add-on will show 'In combat' and then for 6 seconds you cannot interact with anything until you've had the 'Left combat' message. Well yeah, sometimes you can loot the body of the chicken, but for everything else you'll need to wait the full 6 seconds until 'Left combat' flashed by, then you can go interact again. Very swear-worthy that you're waiting for the timer to time down and someone else dives in before you to get the metal/wood/plant you're waiting to harvest. Only because you shot a small rabbit, so small you can't even find its body to get the guts out.
Can we please have it that this timer is killed, that we do not have to wait those 6 seconds for nothing?
