I had completely forgot about this too, I just replayed the first quest taking you to High Hrothgar and after you complete the shouts quests the monk that talks to you gives you a dialogue option all about Jorunn and his founding of the temple and how he spoke with dragons using the dragon tongue... also the front doors of the temple have Jorunn's bust (head and shoulders) engraved onto them... go look and you will see that the ESO dev's modeled Jorunn after that engraving!
