Quest help plzz

OzJohnD✭✭✭✭sometimes the quest npc is bugged ... first make sure you have the disease in your character status and then be in the right place for the npc ... travel to and away from the npc location a few times, if that doesn't work try logging in and out, then if that doesn't work try logging out and actually closing the ESO application before logging back in
the quest may be different if you were bitten by a player or by npc werewolves
