just got bit, and leveled up to 6 in the solo instance after the quest because it lets you be in werewolf form indefinetly. Today I also bit someone on this list.(busy day)
Will be able to bite someone new next Saturday.
You have to be: Aldmeri Dominion and be willing to post an offering to bite someone else on this forum once lvl 6.(Using earlier mentioned method of getting quickly to lvl 6 would be ideal)
