WinterKnight5Soul Shrivenif anyone is looking for a vampire bite for free who is in the daggerfall covenant, go to Bangkorai to the same area where the werewolves spawn. there is the lightning cloud that shoots down Molag Bols minions, right next to the Wyress villiage. I was infected inadvertently two nights ago at this same spot (which I cured myself of), and two gents I was partied with last night just camped out there and waited until until the gate/cloud started shooting down vampire sorcerers and vamp assassins. This seems to happen more at night then any other time. They were infected rather quickly just waited around for the vamps and then as with werewolf scratches the just let themselves get wailed on.
Yesterday I was scratched and did become a werewolf which i have been kind of watching the moon cycle in the game and the special spawn took place after the full moon (in game). For me i ran into them right next to the ruined tower SE of the eastern evermore gate just on the south side of the ruin tower that everyone runs around right where the wolves and skeevers spawn.
Everyone should be aware that there are players who are hunting the special spawning to take them out in an effort to prevent free infection. I watched a group of both werewolves and non-werewolves who converged on the spawn immediately after I was infected. I can only figure this is in an effort to keep a monopoly on the trade.
Once I am able to infect players I will be giving the scratches away for free no strings attached. No guild requirements or anything. Should be ready for my first stringless scratch by tomorrow.

Just a FYI to all those low level ppl trying to become vamps. The vamp quest is a 38 quest. You have to kill 10 lvl 38 assassin's to become a vampire...I did it at lvl 12 but just thought you should know.0 -
