Not getting Scion of the Blood Matron quest
on Xbox one version, contracting vampirism through a blood fiend, but no NPC is spawning at a wayshrine to give me a quest. nor have i gotten the quest automatically. Hard reset twice, its proven to not be an invisible NPC glitch. Any ideas?

been to the altar, the wayshrine closest to the altar, nothing. A little peeved, because like most of us, i suffered through many a griefer attack before i actually got the vampirism lol0

OzJohnD✭✭✭✭so its looking like the quest giver is bugged ... often will reset after a maintenance (these things happened in PC version too) but can break again
