Error 301 can't connect to server

So I have been trying to get into both the EU and North American servers on my Xbox one since launch and I can't seem to get either of them to work. I was able to get into the character creation screen on Thursday and that was about it. Now anytime I try to get on the servers I get an error 301 message. Does anyone have any advice or is it an issue on there part?
