That puts sales in the 10's to 100's of millions of US dollars just for pre-order and first week sales.

Just a little fluff would be nice and shut a lot of us up.

From what I can tell it seems like you all just abandoned the game after it went F2P.

You predicted it would go f2p? Well its B2P smart guy, a big difference as a business model.

But so many predicted it! That should totally mean that B2P = F2P!

But, I guess your prediction abilities weren't working then also.
B2P is an F2P model. Any game which requires one Purchase, or has Micro transaction with no purchase, or Is "Free to play" every month without needing to pay a Subscription, is Free to Play, by definition.
So my prediction abilities are just fine. Also ZOE never actually stated "When" they would start working on things, they used words like "Probably" and Maybe" and It might be", and Were not sure.
Link me a statement where ZOE states "For a Fact and Definitively" that work on other features "WILL" begin in July.
You can't, but what you can link me is something ZOE saying that most likely features and updates and content won't be added until after console release and fixes etc, which means it could be years depending on how they define that statement, or maybe not at all.

So all of these games I bought on Steam that do not require a montly sub are Free to play?
I don't understand, how is buying free?

ESO was a paid subscription and I had to buy the box when it first came out. Then down the road it became F2P... its called a "B2P" game.
If ESO is "B2P" then so is LoTRO.... Let me tell you guys a secret... In about a year or so after a DLC or two the starter content will be free, but they want their MILLIONS off the console players. So Zeni in a way is cheating you out of money on content that is F2P.
B2P is a scam to make fanboy players feel better that their game is not as bad as the next freemium game. The fact that they added a crown store to buy items is proof of this. True B2P games dont try and milk money off you after you buy them, like my steam games they dont have stores and advertising to keep me buying items to make them more money.

Just curious, but how do you consider paying $60 to play the game, FTP? I am really not trying to troll you or be rude, I am sincerely asking this question in hope for a legitimate answer.
Sure, it has many aspects of FTP like the crown store, but you still have to purchase (BTP) the game to play it. Other FTP games you can just download and start playing. Then you make in game purchases to unlock new content or extra crap.

Oh, and just for the record, SOE no longer exists and when they did, much of their problem was being crippled by Sony's strict oversight. Now, Daybreak Games is expected to do much better as they are free to branch out to XBOX platforms as well.
