• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 6, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)

72 Hours in.

Over 72 hours in and still no reply from customer support regarding the failed to log in due to account not being linked. I have not managed to play the game once. The automated email back from customer service is not helpful at all. I played the beta fine on exactly the same account so i'm sure it's a simple fix. Please does anyone know of a ETA on a fix?

    Oops my bad. If a mod could move please? I did post it in the PS4 help section on Tuesday but had no luck.

    Now I hope that is exactly what their customer service office is like.

    That's the most appropriate place for this complaint. However, it may be a while as they are overwhelmed with other launch issues atm.
