Gave it 48 hours hoping they would get the stuff together. Wishful thinking. Says In Que: 1 Waiti time: 1 second. I guess 1 second in their time means one hour. The it flash from 1 in que to some crazy high number. As we speak I am finally in game. Well I am on the load screen and guess what? It still on the load screen!!!!! Wish I could play Guess I just go back to Destiny. And when you contact support they try to make it seem like it is your fault! Come on give me a break.

If you really want to play and you have waited over a year to play then I am sure you can wait a week or two more while they fix the issues. PC release was plagued with many issues like this as well and while it's not pleasant being unable to play the game it will be fixed and you will be able to play again soon.

Remember the game is B2P now so asking for a refund will remove your chance to play again without buying the game, if you're frustrated and need some time away then leave your game as it is and come back when things are smoother and you've cooled off. Your account won't go anywhere.

First if it is a software issue with megaserver then it may be a little hard to run down (doubt it is this). If they have to add more servers to both (of course both) XB1 and PS4 then it may take a day or two longer, it takes couple of days for hardware to get there and setup. They will work it out and in long run this could turn into a plus for BIG releases to finally get over the hump of launch days.

Sad part if we wouldn't of had the issues with bots and other issues at PC/MAC launch they could of had a better idea on what to expect on console launch. Either way once they get this worked out megaservers could be the way of future gaming.

Lastly am willing to bet you guys will get extra XP in the days after all is working better which will help you a lot to get going again.

But I do feel all your pain, just wish you felt ours.

I didn't wait. I just didn't want to play this game on a PC. I wasn't even thinking of buying it until a friend of mine convinced me to get it. He regrets it. He is in the same boat of all of us. Game companies need to take responsibility on launch dates. They were not prepared and seems like they only wanted to push a product out there to make money. I will give it until Monday. If nothing changes I will just get a refund. Should have bought the Witcher!!!!!

Hey guys just to give a heads up if you haven't noticed this aready. Yes queue time sucks but are nessisary to make sure log in goes accordingly and doesnt interrupt those who are already online. I know it's a pain in the butt. But check this to know if you are doing it correctly. When you go into the queue make sure there are two alternating numbers for the position in queue, one rediculusly high and another some hat lower. The lower number will keep getting lowere and lower until your finally in game. If your experiencing the position in queue as a constant 1 then exit game and quit game all together, log back in and bingo!! THIS SHOULD SOLE YOUR ERRORS!! Have fun yall!! (X-box one platform only)

Ragnarok I tried that several times. Keeps saying qu e1 with a one second wait time. Males sense though. .I'd been playing 2 days issues free so it got me eventually.

It just amazes me that people still seem shocked that launch of an online game involves queue times, disconnects, lag, etc. They fail to comprehend that they are not the only player logging in, and that, perhaps, hundreds of thousands of players around the world are doing the exact same thing, at the exact same time. NO, they are not going to add 'more' servers because that would be very cost-counterproductive. Imagine, spending millions of dollars to add new servers that won't be needed in a couple of weeks anyway once the initial surge of new players subsides and most people go back to their normal gaming schedule.

Not sure why it's taking people hours to log in. I just logged back in after playing for 2 hours earlier. Tried it, got an error, retried, said I needed to be logged into PSN (which I was), retried again.

Got the message of position 1 of 1 in queue. Total time for all three attempts was 15 mins. That's the worst I've experienced. Usually it's been 10 mins or less. Not sure what's going on with the rest of y'all having major issues.

I don't feel sorry for you. Were you aware of all the issues the PC had when it launched? Did you expect it to be any different on consoles?? Come on man, read up on the game before you buy. It's an MMO. Any game that is required to be on the internet 100% of the time to play with thousands of other people is due to have problems. I bought it regardless, and I am glad I did. I've had some issues with it as well, but I'm not complaining, I knew exactly what I was getting into when I bought it on launch day.

You can say whatever you want about mmo launches with a 500 million dollar budget there is no excuse to not of had the game more properly tested instead of using the customer. Problems here and there is one thing..... this is ridicoulas shut the servers down for a day or 2 and get some of the main problems patched up companys rent out servers so theres no excuse to not rent some temps if the problem is too much ppl playing. Only playing for 30 seconds after waiting 15 minutes is bulls##t the more time goes by the worse my gaming experience gets with lag and time outs....... If i fd up this much in my line of work i would get sued, fined, and loose alot of clients

Same problem as OP. Maybe it's not a problem, maybe the microserver.....sorry megaserver is just displaying erroneous info about the actual place and wait time, but the holder is fixed at what ever place in line you hold. Still sux to not have any clue if I should wait it out, restart the ga,e, or go play FFXIV.

I got in. Yay. Got to play for 5 mins, then got kicked out of the server and back into the wait Q. Wow did that just happen. Am I at the DMV? Waiting in one line for hours only to be told to wait in another line so that I can go back to the first line and wait again.

Yeah I am busting your B's, but you guys kind of deserve it. You have a good game that wasn't ready to be released. NP it happens just know that you will have to brave slings and arrows from the community until you fix what should not already be broken.

Long queues are excusable and even expected, but all you apologists saying that it is perfectly acceptable to get booted after a few minutes in game are making me lol.

I'm playing on Xbox One. On launch day I never waited more then 5 mins to log in but would get kicked about every 15.
Day2 and today I haven't waited more then 5 mins and its running smooth as silk no lag no kicks.
I always show as position 1 in q with 1 sec wait.
