Alliance war siege bug (siege killing itself after setup)

So today, I've setup 2 siege and both of them would not let me use it after set up THEN it would slowly kill itself.
What do you do to prevent this?
Can I get reimbursed for the 2 siege I bought that killed itself from being bugged.
Please fix this, very annoying.

qsnoopyjr✭✭✭✭I wish this game had a timestamp and a mini map at the bottom like GW2.
The pictures I posted, siege died literally in seconds, as if it was burned, but it isn't burned.
Also, you can see how it doesn't give me the option to use the siege when I have crosshairs and directing aiming at the siege to interface it.
No one else is using it, I cant use it, siege burns itself magically.0
