Templar help?

I want to be a Templar that uses a sword and shield, can heal well, but is also good for pvp once im a higher level. Any suggestions?

Here is a build I put on the forums awhile back for healing/dpsing VDSA. However this can be modified for other content as well.

Hope this gives you kind of a baseline of what you are looking for. Mind you this is for pve content and not pvp.
