Anyone else receiving this message after 15 minutes or less, getting disconnected as well? I run my Xbox through an Ethernet cable and have no issues with any other multiplayer game (destiny, cod).

I have Comcast internet and ran a speed test that came back at 60mbps download, 5.7mbps upload, and 11ms latency. I literally have nothing else connected to the internet in my residence while playing.

I am unable to play for more than 3-10 minutes before getting disconnected followed by that error message. I'd just like to know of there's anything I can do and of others are experiencing a similar issue.

    That's 1 of the many error codes I have seen from ESO.

    Well about 3 hours ago they reset the NA server I was playing on and all worked great for about an hour or so. Then I started getting kicked continually again. Just when I started to really get into the game I start getting kicked in less than a minute now.

    I get the same message it only occurs when I am in a loading screen or trying to load my character into the server. I'm on Ethernet so it's not my router.

    I occasionally get disconnects but the only time I recieve this specific message is when I try entering a campaign.
    I can play everything else fine at the moment but I would like to try out the campaign and go to Cyrodiil.

    The EXACT same thing is happening to me. Same download speed, wired in, the time I get to play varies. It seems to be more frequent the more populated the server is!

    Yes, I'm getting that now. After an hour of good playing, I've been kicked 3 times for that reason. I'm hard wired myself and have no problems on other games. Very frustrating , especially when after getting maybe 5 minutes of playing I get kicked and spend 10 minutes reloading and sitting in the queue. Hope this gets fixed.

    Thank you ESO for releasing a BROKEN game. I have played Betas that had less issues than this. It is generally a KIND gesture to make up for this kind of hiccup by giving something back to the players. Ubisoft released a broken Assassins Creed Unity and as their gesture to the players, gave the first DLC to everyone for free.

    I and many others have been beyond frustrated with this game. If there was something we as players could do to help remedy the issue, we would. But, we sit here idly (in the Log in Queue) waiting for something to change for the better.

    So now I'm starting to get a bit frustrated. Everyone on my friends list only have minimal issues with the game, while all day everyday I get kicked constantly with that error message. One of my friends is running WiFi at 10mbps and he hasn't been kicked once. Yet I'm here running an Ethernet cable at 60mbps and I'm constantly locked and dropped.

    Why???

    I have the same issue even tried reinstalling the game, that got me as far as the child of bones the. As soon as I entered the portal I got kicked and I haven't been able to get back in since

    I'm getting this nonstop now. Can play the game for about ten minutes than just kicks me with this message. I'm using Comcast and Ethernet connection on Xbox One.... Game seems like a lot of fun, but $80 is a lot of money for a Beta :(

    Yeah, everyone is experiencing the same thing. I had to become nocturnal JUST to play this game.... between 1100 and 1900 the servers are so crappy that you're not going to play. I finally was able to play for more than 10min but I had to stay up past midnight to do so.... then of course they reset the servers at 0200 and I couldn't get back in.

    Same here as well. It seems like during the day (from about 7am to 330pm) its not so bad. Some disconnects but bearable bearing in mind its a new release and all the issues. Once 330pm hits though its done for. I start getting disconnected in less than 3 minutes and get placed in the 15 minute queue. I've done everything possible on my end, its definitely server related.

    It feels like there's simply not enough room on the servers for all the people playing and you get kicked out just so someone else can come in and play a few minutes before they are in turn replaced as well. I'm going to switch my Xbox to WiFi and see if that helps. I know that makes no sense but my friends playing on 10mbps wiFi have not been kicked nearly as much as I on my 60mbps Ethernet connection.

    What I'd really like to know if why some people have this issue and others not when the vast majority have similar download rates of around 60mbps

    I've been having the exact same problem. It's nice to know you're not the only one out there though. I hope it gets fixed soon.

    Getting this message too.... Wired into a Linksys AC1900 rtr shared with my desktop running a nonstop ping test to google. Needless to say my desktop isn't losing connection... 100 Mbps Dl / 5 Mbps Ul

    This issue happens with me every time I log in after 8pm, except I wait in a queue for half an hour beforehand

    Now that you mention it, I realized that happens to me, too. I can't hold a connection with 60mbps internet, but my friend who can barely get 20 is just fine

    Getting the "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection" issue here too.

    I can log in and play for about 20mins before I get kicked.......it's usually preceded by a lag spike a minute or so before kickage occurs.

    My connection is fine BTW, I play plenty of online game on PC with no issues. I also play Neverwinter on XBOX with no issues.

    Hope it gets sorted soon.
    People deserve to be treated with respect, even on the internet.

    Well im getting the same thing as everyone else it seems. Not surprised when there is 1 "mega" server and 10s of thousands of people are cramming into it at once. Guess we all have to wait until enough people quit or play at differnet times that peak time. "sighs"

    I get roughly 20-40mins play before it lags out and I get this error.

    I swapped to wireless and was able to login. maybe it's just Ethernet that has the issue?

    I have never gotten past the character upload screen, keep getting the unable to connect to game server.
    4 days of countless hours scouring the internet for a solution.
    I have forwarded all my ports
    have open nat
    deleted all the characters
    reinstalled the game
    have good network and multiplayer connections
    bought and external hard drive an moved some other games over just to make sure space wasn't an issue
    all my other games work
    have gotten no help from customer service other than a form letter and a link to know issues which gave no solutions or timelines.
    I am open to suggestions but I am most likely taking the game back this afternoon. Too much time and frustration for a game I can't even play.

    That's rough man. I was just about to take some of those steps as well. I think next time I get dropped (10 min maybe) I'm gonna reconfigure my Xbox and ditch the Ethernet cable and try out the WiFi. Makes no sense but some of my friends have had success so I'll give it a shot.

    Maybe the game is lagging so much that us players using the Ethernet cables are somehow overclockong the servers and then we get kicked due to the servers being overloaded and not able to catch up. Maybe the inherit lag in WiFi will give the servers those milliseconds they need to catch up with what were doing?

    I know that sounds crazy but you get kicked endlessly like some of us have and you start thinking crazy stuff lol. Worth a shot at least, I'll get back to you guys when I find out

    this is sooo frustrating this game needs to be fixed, it happens to me all the time when goin into heavily populated areas its pure luck if i manage to actully get into the game
