They don't force you to preorder or buy their game. Alot of developers lately are releasing games with flaws in it and they get fixed with updates. If you feel you want a refund, next time you think of preordering somethinng, DON'T.

Honestly it's more accurate to say that over time MMO companies have concluded that the best solution for everyone involved, players included, is to just have a bit of patience, accept that the first few days are going to have queues.
