Its happened multiple times already where ive died within a dungeon and had to spawn outside of it and cant re enter...if you abandon quest after completing other portions of the quest with the dungeon..your next entry spot is in the middle of the dungeon...so when you go to the original door...it says you dont have access or some other like message...has anyone else experienced this....
