DESCRIPTION
Fire is a PC guild refreshed for the Consoles. It's led by LSDMilkshake or @Holy a beta tester for the 2014 PC Release. The concept of the Guild is Light, Fire, Heat. The blessing of Akatosh drive the RP and story of this guild. From fearsome PvP Leaderboard rankings, to selling armor and supplies for profit. Fire intends to rise like the Great Dragon Akatosh! With your help, we will Rule Tamriel. Ebonheart Pact.
RULES
COC - Follow guild rules, Elder Scrolls Online rules, Xbox Live regulations, and real world laws. If you support anything going against guild rules, Elder Scrolls Online rules, Xbox Live regulations, or real world laws, do not promote it within the Fire.
R.E.S.P.E.C.T- Fire is a friendly guild, to all players, so be respectful of other people’s viewpoints and be mindful that you don’t start anything that could be construed as harassment.
Terms Of War: Brothers in Arms,- While we don't have any specific expectations for guild members, we do like a certain amount of effort to be put forth into being active. This means helping out other players, grouping up with guildmates every now and then, and primarily, wear a headset. Communication is key to teamwork and community, so please use a headset, and mute your microphone if your end is causing disruptive noise.
Exile- Vampires are not Welcome.
Demeanor- We joke, alot. We are mindful and respectful though, our friendship and loyalty tends to grow beyond ESO, Keep that in mind.
These only cover the basics. For anything else, the guildmaster and guild officers’ say is to be treated as official guild rule.
Failure to follow the rules set here can result in a demotion, exile from Fire, or a warning, of which there may be only one. Fire is to show Tamriel your potential and the might of The Holy Flame.
RANKING
Ranking in Fireis very simple.
-Smoke is the rank given to anyone just initiated into Fire. As soon as someone with the ability to give you a higher rank is able, you will be promoted to the appropriate level.
-New Ember Is the rank given to those who have deemed themselves ready to light the flame.Official members so to speak.
-White Flame is the name given to Fire's full members. The name is from Fire's goal when it was founded, and with that name comes all the rights of a full member of Fire. Fire can fully use the guild bank and guild store, can invite members, and manage guild resources within Cyrodiil. Be proud if you are a White Flame. Fire is a powerful force to have at your side.
-Fallen are the veterans of Fire. Fallen are those who have shown that Fire is their home. They are mentors and leaders, and if you listen to them, you might just learn something.
-Elite Huntsman: This is he General of Fire, Zjitter is the Gamertag. He dishes out Guild Bows for Archers, Staffs for Mages, and Shields for Tanks. Also is the lead enchanter of the Flame, he's done us well and continues to spread the fire of Akatosh. Speak lightly when engaging him in certain matters.
King Of Ashes: An Orc, Born from a unruley ritual of flames and deceit. Air is his name, he with the help of the Huntsman created Fire for the sole purpose of capturing the Throne and ruling Tamriel, little is known...
Each member can also receive an honorary title in the guild, such as PVP Leader, or Lorekeeper, although these aren't officially ranks in the guild. Additionally, sometimes certain members do something noteworthy, whether it be leading the guild in the guildmaster's absence, taking the lead on an important part of the guild, or just helping Fire in a way that simply stands out. Along with an honorary title, these members get special recognition in the guild, and can be listed here for all future members of Fire to see.
RANKING UP
Speaking of ranks, if you feel you are able to fill the sabatons of one of Fire’s officers, there are three things you will want to do.
Rebirth - Recruit new members. Fire is looking for a new spark, we recruit daily.
Tenure - Be active in the guild. Nobody likes a lazytail.
Phoenix - Contribute to the betterment of Fire and its members. Everyone does this in their own way, some by promoting the guild to others, some by helping the newbies. Find your own way and you’ll gain the respect of fellow members, even before you become an officer.
