Explorer's Pack - does that come separately?

I pre-ordered/purchased the Imperial Edition for Xbox One from Amazon, and installed the game and the redeemed the DLC code for the Imperial Edition (which is not, as of present, accessible... ahem.)

I did NOT, as far as I can tell, get the Explorer's Pack, which was supposed to come with the preorder. Should that also be in the package? Is it part of the DLC?

Even though it too is apparently having challenges, I'd like to know if I should have received it from Amazon. Thanks in advance for the help!

Don't know if it's different on the console launch but these items were in the mail the first time I logged into the game on my first character at the PC launch; the maps, the pet, etc.

Open your Collections dialog and check the various sections to see if the items you're missing are in there:

Yeah I got my stuff in the mail. An easy way to tell is can you play any race in any alliance? If so you have it

I'm experiencing the same problem as you. I had preordered the Imperial edition for Xbox one through the actually Xbox store, yet the Imperial version and the Explorer's pack are not accessible to me. I was pretty unhappy with this, I was looking forward to playing as an Imperial, plus to play in any alliance with my friends.

It in the game case with a dlc code, once activated you get an in-game mail with the maps

If the code for the Explorer's Pack was supposed to be on a slip of paper in the steelbook case with the Imperial DLC code, it was not there.

I purchased the imperial edtion from the playstation store and when i downloaded it im the same, cant access anything from the imperial edition or choose imperial as a character! Anyone any ideas that could help?

But, again, to clarify: This does NOT have to do with the redemption or activation of the content, it has to do with the fact that the Imperial Edition package (preordered from and shipped by Amazon) did not physically have the code for the Explorer's Pack in it.

It did have a code for the Imperial Edition content (which is also not apparently working at the moment ). But not the Explorer's Pack.

Amazon is not able to help me, as they say they cannot replace the code. Can I get the code somewhere else?

Not sure if this is helpful but I think I remember you have to go into collections and click on explorers pack. Not sure though

I got the explorers pack contacted constumer service I'm missing all the treasure maps havent here a word in 3 days
