ESO Plus DLC question

I havent seen any mention of DLC Yet so does anyone know if or what DLC is?

There is currently no DLC available, but in the future, DLC will be new zones and content. For example, the following content pieces are expected to be released as DLC:

• Wrothgar, a zone north of Stormhaven, containing the home city of the Orcs, Orsinium. This zone will be geared towards solo and small groups, like the main levelling zones.
• Thieves Guild, a quest line based on this faction from Elder Scrolls lore, expected to include a new location called Abah's Landing.
• Dark Brotherhood, a quest line based on this faction from Elder Scrolls lore, expected to include a new location called Spiral Skein, Mephala's realm of Oblivion.

DLC will be available to anyone with an active ESO Plus subscription, until that subscription runs out, or will be able to be bought from the Crown Store.

The following content has also been announced, but it is unknown whether it will be as paid DLC or free gameplay.

• Imperial City, the central city of Cyrodiil, will add new PvP and PvE content.
• Murkmire, a zone south of Shadowfen, will be an "Adventure Zone", so is expected to contain Veteran group content like Craglorn.
• Clockwork City, the home of Sotha Sil, has been announced, but no more details are available.
